Give To Live

I was looking around the internet today and came across the words "Give To Live". Wow!!!!
Those words say it all. We hear so much about what is our passion or purpose in life. With out passion or purpose in life what is keeping you going? Are you enjoying your job, family, life? What can you do to get that WOW back in your life?

Some people think giving has to have a monetary value to it. That is not so. Giving of oneself is priceless. You don't even have to give much. Maybe just a call to someone who is lonely, or giving a smile to someone you pass on the street. That smile you give might be the highlight of that persons day. Giving just has to come within. So little can mean so much to someone else.

I wanted to touch on the fact that when you give of yourself you will be receiving back from the universe. What you put out there does come back to you.

I was a teacher for 22 years. As teachers we are always giving to our students. The unconditional love and respect that I received back was priceless, emotionally and spiritually. That is what made my wanting to get up in the morning each day and go to work.

Are you giving to live or are you just living?
